We recommend the VR mission “Huxley” for tech-savvy kids from around 10 years of age accompanied by adults, our largest escape room “Magic Alley” for families with kids aged 10 and over.
With or without parents?
Children up to 8 years old always play accompanied by an adult. Older kids can master their adventures alone. Please have a look at our terms and conditions or contact us.
Everyone plays along!

Familienausflug in Berlin: Escape Room für Klein und Groß
Sucht ihr einen Familienausflug in Berlin, bei dem alle gleichzeitig Spaß haben – die Sechsjährige, der Zwölfjährige, die Eltern und Oma und Opa? Bei EXIT Game in der Friedrichstraße seid ihr richtig. Wir betreiben seit Jahren eines der beliebtesten Escape-Room-Häuser Berlins und haben unsere Räume so kuratiert, dass für jede Familie das passende Abenteuer dabei ist. Statt Fernseher oder Tablet erlebt ihr 66 Minuten gemeinsam etwas, an das sich später alle erinnern – inklusive Fotos im Anschluss.
Direkt am U/S-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße gelegen, mit barrierefreiem Zugang und barrierefreier Toilette, sind wir für Großeltern, Buggys, Rollstühle und kleine Geschwister gleichermaßen ausgelegt. Welcher Escape Room passt zu welcher Familie?
Magic Alley – für Magie-Fans und kleine Zauberinnen ab 10 Jahren
Magic Alley ist unsere klare Empfehlung für Familien mit Harry-Potter-Fans, Cosplay-Begeisterten und allen, die schon immer einmal selbst zaubern wollten. In dieser komplett magischen Welt verlasst ihr Berlin und betretet eine verwunschene Gasse voller magischer Artefakte, Zaubersprüche und Geheimnisse, die nur durch echtes Mitdenken und Hand anlegen gelüftet werden. Das Spiel funktioniert für 4 bis 8 Spielerinnen und Spieler, ist ab 10 Jahren freigegeben (in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen) und kommt besonders gut bei Geburtstagen mit jungen Magierinnen, kreativen Kindern und phantasievollen Eltern an. Wer einmal drin war, will sofort eine Fortsetzung.
Prison Island – für Großfamilien, Patchwork und Teenager-Geburtstage bis 14 Personen
Auf Prison Island wird es laut – im besten Sinne. In zwei Teams parallel (Battle Mode) tretet ihr gegeneinander an und versucht, schneller aus dem Hochsicherheitstrakt zu entkommen als die andere Gruppe. Das ist die perfekte Konstellation, wenn Papa, Opa oder der Onkel "weggesperrt" werden sollen, wenn drei Generationen gemeinsam etwas erleben wollen oder wenn ein 13. Geburtstag mit einer Gruppe voller Teenager gefeiert wird. Prison Island fasst bis zu 14 Personen gleichzeitig, ist ab 12 Jahren spielbar und bringt genau die Mischung aus Wettkampfgeist, Teamgefühl und triumphalen Foto am Ende, die einen Geburtstag legendär macht. Tipp: Mit dem Battle-Modus haben Teenies einen klaren Gegner – das motiviert mehr als jedes klassische Rätsel.
Monster Party – der ideale Einstieg für Kinder ab 5 Jahren
Monster Party ist unser einziges Spiel, das speziell für Kinder zwischen 5 und 9 Jahren entwickelt wurde – ganz ohne Erwachsene. Die kleinen Heldinnen und Helden werden von freundlichen Monstern durch eine bunte, niemals gruselige Welt geführt, in der sie Aufgaben mit ihren Händen, ihren Augen und ihrer Stimme lösen. Bis zu 10 Kinder können gemeinsam spielen, weshalb Monster Party der Klassiker für den Kindergeburtstag in Berlin ist. Es ist auch der beste Einstieg in die Escape-Room-Welt: Wer Monster Party meistert, ist später mit 10 oder 12 bereit für Magic Alley oder Prison Island. Im Anschluss könnt ihr unseren Geburtstagsraum dazubuchen, Kuchen mitbringen – Popcorn und Getränke gibt es bei uns.
Auf einen Blick: Welches Spiel für welches Alter?
- Monster Party: 5–9 Jahre, bis zu 10 Kinder und Erwachsene begleitet. Ideal für Kindergeburtstag und ersten Escape-Room-Besuch.
- Magic Alley: ab 10 Jahren in Begleitung, ab 12 ohne Begleitung, für 4–8 Personen. Ideal für Magie-Fans, kreative Kids und gemischte Familien.
- Prison Island (Battle Mode): ab 12 Jahren, bis zu 14 Personen. Ideal für Großfamilien, Patchwork-Familien und Teenager-Geburtstage.
- Berlin Babylon und Admiral Kingdom: weitere Räume ab 10 Jahren in Begleitung – wir beraten euch gern, was zu eurer Familie passt.
So plant ihr euren Familienausflug
Plant pro Spiel rund 90 Minuten ein: kurze Einweisung, 60 Minuten Mission und etwa 15 Minuten für Fotos und das Erzählen der Geschichte hinter dem Raum. Familien mit unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen lösen das oft so: Die Kleinen spielen Monster Party, parallel sind die Größeren in Magic Alley oder Prison Island – am Ende treffen sich alle wieder im Lobby-Café. How many people can play in a group?

Depending on the mission, 2 to 10 people can play in a team in our escape rooms. If your group is larger, simply split up and play two different missions at the same time or book Prison Island in battle mode. We recommend a group size of 4 to 6 people. VR missions can be played by groups of 2 to 4 people.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, for a perfect gaming experience, restrictions vary depending on the game.
1) Our kids-only mission “Monster Party” is playable for children between the ages of 5 and 9 under adult supervision.
2) All other analog missions (“Prison Island,” “Magic Alley,” “Berlin Babylon,” and “Admiral Kingdom”) are designed for adults, but can be played by children aged 10 and above when accompanied by an adult. Please note, however, that some puzzles may be too challenging for children and that the themed rooms may also contain darker sections. Children/teenagers aged 12 and above can try the games on their own. However, it is advisable for an adult to be on hand in the lobby to assist in the game if necessary.
3) Children should be at least 12 years old to play the VR missions, as we require a certain level of technical understanding. Accompanied by an adult, HUXLEY titles can also be played by children aged 10 and above. A ticket must be booked for the adult, and two tickets for adults in the case of a battle game. Children aged 12 and over can try most missions on their own. However, we also recommend that a supervising adult plays along.
4) The mission Madhouse is only permitted for children aged 16 and over.

What if we get stuck in the game?
Our game masters watch via microphones and cameras and know exactly what you have to do next and whether you're on track. If necessary, they will give you hints. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be successful. On average, around 75% complete their mission within the given time. Don't worry: the game is fun even if you don't quite make it!
How safe are the games?

EXIT® is fully licensed to operate, with a comprehensive fire safety and emergency evacuation plan in place.
In addition, every group has the option to leave the rooms independently using emergency buttons and emergency exit doors at any time. Our trained game masters also watch over you the whole time - they sit right next door and can be with you almost immediately in case of an emergency.
Are we playing with others?
No. Once you've booked a room, it belongs exclusively to you, and you can focus on yourself and your mission.
Can we spontaneously bring another person along?
As long as the maximum number of players for the mission is not exceeded, that's not a problem. You can pay the remaining amount by card on site. If you bring one more person to a VR game, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare another set. You can do this via enter@exit-game.de or +49 (0) 30 - 20 84 99 07 0.
Are there drinks and snacks available on site?
Yes, we offer a selection of drinks, such as Vitamin Well soft drinks. The highlight at the snack bar: There is fresh popcorn! You can enjoy snacks and drinks in the lobby before or after the game. If you have rented the birthday room, you can bring your own cake. We can also offer catering for larger events.

Do I need to be athletic?
No, you don't need to be a top athlete or exert a great deal of strength. Some missions only require a short crawl. Please call +49(0)30 20 84 99 070 for advice if you are pregnant or have any physical limitations. If you are unsure, we recommend that you have your fitness to play checked by a doctor. Participation in our games is always at your own risk.

Which missions are easier or trickier?
The difficulty is always perceived slightly differently by every player. We recommend Prison Island and Madhouse 101 if you're new to escape games. When it comes to VR missions, Huxley I, Huxley II and Escape the Lost Pyramid are beginner-friendly. Prince of Persia is suitable for advanced players. Overall, any room can be played by anyone - choosing the mission you find most exciting is best!
Are we playing with others?
No. Once you've booked a room, it belongs exclusively to you, and you can focus on yourself and your mission.
Can I use my cell phone while playing?
No, cell phones are not allowed in our escape rooms, neither for photography nor as a source of light or for research. You must lock them into one of our lockers before the game starts. But we'll take a group photo after the game, which you can take home with you.
How can I pay?
When booking, you can easily pay with PayPal, credit card, giropay or Klarna. For a larger team event, payment via invoice is also possible by prior arrangement. You can pay for drinks and snacks on site by card - we can unfortunately not accept any cash payments.
Do we have to be on time?
Yes, please report to our reception desk on time for the start of your game. If you are late, please call us:

If you are late, we may have to reduce your game time to ensure the next group can start on schedule. If your late arrival means you are unable to play, or unable to finish the mission, no refund may be issued.
