How can we pay?

At booking you pay conveniently by PayPal, credit card, GiroPay or Klarna. For larger team events, payment by invoice is possible by arrangement. Drinks and snacks on site are settled by card, cash is unfortunately not available.
Are there drinks and snacks on site?
Yes, and we will let slip the highlight right away: fresh popcorn. Alongside it we carry a selection of drinks, for example the Vitamin Well soft drinks. Enjoy snacks and drinks before and after the game in the lobby, and for larger events we also offer catering.
Do we have to be on time?
Yes, we do ask that of you. Check in on time at our reception, ideally 15 minutes early, so the full 66 minutes remain yours. If you are running late, give us a quick call at +49 30 208499070. In case of a delay we may have to deduct a little game time so the group after you can start on time. If a delay means you cannot start or can only partly play, the game price unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Are there offers for larger groups and school classes?
Yes, gladly for both. Large groups split across several rooms and play in parallel, and in total we host over 100 people. School classes play at a reduced rate, and we are happy to open on weekday mornings. Send requests to enter@exit-game.de or +49 30 208499070.
Can we reschedule our booking?
Yes, that is easy to arrange. A booked game can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start; for three or more missions the deadline is 7 days. Just get in touch at enter@exit-game.de.
When should we arrive?
Ideally arrive about 15 minutes before your booked start time. That gives you the calm to settle in, stow jackets and bags and take in the briefing without hurry. Then please check in on time at our reception at Friedrichstrasse 101.
Which outdoor game works as a team event or company party?
In principle all three, depending on how your team ticks. Boller Battle delivers the game show experience with competition, Echoes of Berlin appeals to groups who prefer puzzling and story depth, and Escape and Espionage fits more compact time slots.
Can we celebrate together at EXIT after the outdoor game?
Very gladly; that is exactly what our Get-Together area at Friedrichstrasse 101 is for: drinks, optional catering and room for a relaxed wind-down. Since Echoes of Berlin and Boller Battle end right at our door anyway, you are already here after the game.
How large can our group be outdoors?
From a small crew to a large group, a lot is possible: Echoes of Berlin and Boller Battle are designed for up to 36 people, Escape and Espionage at the Berlin Wall for up to 66. It starts from just 2 players. For very large parties we find the right split together.
Which outdoor games does EXIT offer?
Three missions across central Berlin, each with its own character: Echoes of Berlin as a mystery tour (from 26.50 euro pp), Escape and Espionage at the Berlin Wall as a city rally (from 19.50 euro pp) and Boller Battle Berlin as a handcart game show with nine mini games (from 23.50 euro pp). You play outdoors, and the city itself is part of the puzzles.
Team event or team building in Berlin
An escape game is team building that does not feel like a chore: it fosters cooperation, creativity and lateral thinking, all in passing. You split across several rooms or face off in Battle mode. Afterwards the day winds down in the Get-Together area with drinks and optional catering.
Is the EXIT venue accessible?
That depends on the particular room, so we prefer to advise you on it personally. Some of our missions can be played in a wheelchair we provide. Just write a quick note to enter@exit-game.de and we will find the right solution together.

Business events and teambuilding in Berlin-Mitte
A successful team event must manage two things at the same time: catch everyone - no matter if shy or extroverted - and craft stories the team will keep telling for weeks.
That is exactly what our escape rooms, as well as our outdoor-format Boller Battle are for.
For years, EXIT has been welcoming Berlin based startups, companies, agencies, firms, NGOs and international delegations. We know the difference between an onboarding-group and a senior-leadership-offsite. And we plan your event accordingly.
Scalable from 6 to over 50 people
Our location includes multiple, differently themed mission rooms, all of which can be played at the same time, as well as a big lobby, and dedicated event room in addition to our outdoor games.
We can therefore cover a small team lunch (6 - 8 people) just as well as a division-offsite or a company-wide-kickoff (50+ people).
Big groups will simply be divided into simultaneously running missions, so nobody has to wait or get bored.
In our Prison Island Battle Mode, two teams face off against each other in a race to escape from the high-security-prison - ideal for sales vs. marketing, Berlin vs. Hamburg, or junior vs. senior.
What makes company events at EXIT so special
Teambuilding with visible effects
Escape Rooms force teams into clear communication, distribution of tasks, and cooperative problem-solving - in 66 minutes with the clock running.
HR-teams and management positions routinely tell us, that they see their teams differently after playing a mission together: Who naturally takes the lead? Who can listen? Who comes out of their shell in an emergency situation?
Upon request, we can add a structured coaching by our experienced coach, to help you take these learnings straight into your daily work routine.
Indoor and outdoor combinations
Classic escape rooms are independent from the weather, and can be played year-round.
Boller Battle, our exclusive outdoor-game with a handcart full of minigames you can take to Monbijoupark or Tiergarten, is the perfect summer evet for comapny summer parties, after work events, or kickoffs.
For an entire day, we like to recommend a combination of both: start with indoor escape rooms in the morning, have lunch in our event room, and head outside in the afternoon with our Boller Battle.
In case of bad weather, we can adjust to a fully indoor experience.
Everything in one place - including catering and event room
Our event room can be booked privately and can be available to you for receptions, lunches, workshops, pitches, or just a relaxed get together after your game.
Upon request, we can provide a prosecco or beer welcome, soft-drink-packages, coffee and cake, pizza, burgers or a fingerfood-buffet.
If you want to hold a presentation, you may use our projector and speaker setup.
Someone will be with you on site to assist or answer questions from beginning to end.
